The Scruffy Fund

The Scruffy Fund was created in 2005 by a devoted volunteer and foster mom, Gail, in honor of her beloved dog Scruffy who had recently gone to doggie heaven. The Scruffy Fund is dedicated to Underdog ResQ’s future – a dream of a shelter and learning center to help rid of the dog overpopulation problem and mentality that dogs are something that can be thrown away like trash. While Underdog works hard to achieve that dream it may be used for emergency boarding and training. |
